Being isolated can be difficult. It effects both our physical and mental wellbeing. To help you maintain your wellbeing during the isolation the COVID Virus has forced all of us to endure, there is a daily list of items you can do to to fight the isolation’s negative effects.
1. Take a shower or bath.
2. Take your medications
3. Drink water.
4. Clean one thing or one space.
5. Tend to something that is growing or living.
6. Be Mindful and present to…..
A sound or a song.
A sensory feeling.
Something you see.
A spiritual practice.
7. Reach out to a human outside your home.
8. Do something to raise your heart rate.
9. Do one thing you will be glad you did later.
10. Do one thing because you wanted to.
11. Get one good laugh.
This list is intended to be a minimum. Checking-off each item more than once will make you feel even better.
